Moving Credit
The Moving Credit is designed to help cover the cost of moving and related expenses, providing flexibility for clients to select the service that best suits their needs.

Eligibility Criteria for the Credit
This Moving Credit is exclusively available to clients represented by Travis J. Siemon at Keller Williams Realty Albuquerque. To qualify, the client must both buy and sell a property with Travis J. Siemon as their agent within a 12-month timeframe.

Calculating the Credit
The Credit is based on the commissions earned from both the buying and selling transactions. Clients who complete both transactions with Travis J. Siemon within 12 months are eligible for a Moving Credit equal to 20% of the agent's net commission from both transactions, combined.

Example Calculation:
Suppose a client sells their home for $350,000 at a 2.5% listing commission and then purchases a home for $400,000 with a 2.5% buy-side commission. Net commissions, and the Moving Credit are calculated as follows:

• Listing commission: 2.5% of $350,000 = $8,750
  
  

• Buy-side commission: 2.5% of $400,000 = $10,000
  
  

Each commission is split 74% to the agent and 26% to the brokerage:

• Listing commission (agent's net): 74% of $8,750 = $6,475
  
  

• Buy-side commission (agent's net): 74% of $10,000 = $7,400
  
  

Total net commission earned by the agent: $6,475 + $7,400 = $13,875

Moving Credit (20% of net commission): 20% of $13,875 = $2,775

Disbursement of the Credit
Funds will be disbursed directly from Travis J. Siemon (agent) to eligible clients within 3 days of the closing date of the second transaction. The Credit is made available in a timely manner, giving clients the option to use it for moving and related expenses. At least 3 days before the closing date, eligible clients must indicate how they wish to receive their Credit. Clients may choose to receive their Credit in one of the following ways:

• Cash
  
  

• Check
  
  

• Electronic Transfer (e.g., Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App)
  
  

Modification of Terms
Travis J. Siemon at Keller Williams Realty Albuquerque reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Moving Credit program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect transactions already under contract.

Claiming the Credit
Clients should ensure that their representation agreements with Travis J. Siemon include a clause specifying their eligibility for the Moving Credit.
